The V5iD® team proudly participated in The Hospitality Show 2025, one of the largest hospitality technology events of the year. Over two dynamic days, our booth welcomed thousands of visitors — from boutique hotel owners and large hotel chains to casino executives and property management system (PMS) vendors — all eager to explore how AI can transform identity verification in the hospitality industry.

At the event, V5iD® demonstrated its AI-driven ID and Passport Verification Kiosk, capable of verifying identities in under 5 seconds, even in venues with limited internet connectivity. The performance and reliability of the system drew strong attention, proving that cutting-edge AI can deliver both speed and accuracy without compromising security or privacy.

Among the many highlights, one PMS vendor conducted a live validation of their own ID verification software against V5iD’s system and confirmed that V5iD® successfully identified a fake ID their solution failed to detect. This real-world comparison reinforced our leadership in accuracy and robustness within identity verification technology.

Beyond convenience and operational efficiency, identity verification plays a crucial role in protecting hotels from serious risks such as theft, fraud, human trafficking, and other illegal activities.
