V5iD® proudly concluded a highly successful participation at SymWest 2026, held May 6–8, 2026, at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Throughout the three-day financial technology conference, the V5iD® team connected with credit unions, community banks, fintech organizations, banking technology providers, and security professionals to demonstrate the company’s AI-driven identity verification solutions designed to improve fraud prevention, strengthen compliance, and streamline customer onboarding experiences.

From the opening day of the event, the V5iD® booth attracted significant attention from attendees seeking modern identity verification technologies for both in-branch and remote banking environments. The company demonstrated how its identity verification platform supports secure onboarding, remote customer verification, branch operations, and call center identity verification workflows while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

The conference also provided an opportunity for V5iD® to present its refreshed exhibit booth featuring updated branding focused on the company’s leadership direction in AI-driven identity verification.

Day 2 of the conference brought especially strong engagement at the V5iD® booth, with the team conducting numerous live demonstrations and discussions with industry professionals. Many attendees expressed strong interest in integrating V5iD® identity verification technology into existing banking and credit union workflows to strengthen fraud prevention, improve member verification procedures, and reduce identity-related risks.

The event also provided valuable opportunities to discuss integration possibilities with major financial technology providers, including discussions regarding core banking platform integrations designed to simplify implementation and adoption for banks and credit unions.

In addition to live demonstrations and business discussions, SymWest 2026 created an outstanding environment for networking, collaboration, and innovation across the banking, fintech, and cybersecurity industries. V5iD® would like to extend sincere appreciation to the event organizers, volunteers, vendors, and attendees whose hard work and dedication made the conference such a success.

“We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to participate in SymWest 2026 and present our AI-driven identity verification solutions to industry leaders and financial institutions,” said Alexander Altotsky, CTO of V5iD®. “The level of engagement and interest throughout the conference demonstrates the growing importance of secure, intelligent, and easy-to-integrate identity verification solutions in today’s financial industry.”
